HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
For in-stock items please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed. We will ship to you with USPS Priority 2-3 day mail, so for domestic orders within the US your total wait time would typically be 3-5 days. Shipping time for international orders is 6-10 days, so please allow 7-12 days for your order to arrive. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been processed and shipped which will include a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment. Items marked "pre-order" are currently being produced or are made-to-order, so you are paying in advance to reserve the items of your choice once they become available. Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product pages for any pre-order items.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of your package. As a general estimate, domestic orders typically cost between $6-$12 depending on the size of the order, international about $30-40, and Canada $20-$30. Shipping is free for pre-order campaigns and we often run promotions that include free shipping, so be sure to stay informed by signing up for our mailing list! If you're located in Los Angeles and would rather pick your order up in person, please contact us prior to placing your order and we'll waive your shipping fee and arrange a time for you to pick up from our headquarters in downtown.
If I live in L.A. IS there a location where I CAN try IT on first?
Although we don't have a storefront, we do welcome visitors at our downtown LA studio/showroom! We're open by appointment only, so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a visit.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be received in new, unworn condition. We will cover the return shipping cost if you are exchanging (for domestic orders only) or if the product you received is defective in some way. Under most other circumstances the customer is typically responsible for return shipping fees. Prior to returning, please contact email@example.com in order to receive instructions.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES?
Tax will only be applied to orders within California. For international orders there may be additional taxes, fees, or tariffs levied by destination countries that are the responsibility of the customer. WE ARE MORTALS cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs in your country to ascertain if any additional fees will be applied to your shipment. If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to us at our expense and that cost would be deducted from your refund.
WILL MY Personal INFO be safe?
Any personal information given to WE ARE MORTALS will be protected. When you pay either directly through our site or via PayPal, your payment details are secured by our server with the latest firewall and encryptions and are not visible to us. We will not share any private information disclosed to us, such as addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers with any third party.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we may sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and we reserve the right, without liability, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any product and to cancel any order. If we are out of stock in an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email and refund your payment.
